Partnered with a subcontractor (CACI) to standardize, operationalize, and socialize coaching success measures across the coaching staff of three shipyards for review with Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA).

 

 

The Solution

Identified opportunity to increase data quality of current coaching reporting efforts to support leadership communication needs.

Collaborated across multiple stakeholders to identify core KPIs; determined common report templates and ongoing reporting processes as part of existing coaching methodology.

Developed 360 survey and related training on analysis and delivery processes. Streamlined existing qualitative processes into a common coaching report to deliver to coachees.
