The Solution
Identified opportunity to increase data quality of current coaching reporting efforts to support leadership communication needs.
Collaborated across multiple stakeholders to identify core KPIs; determined common report templates and ongoing reporting processes as part of existing coaching methodology.
Developed 360 survey and related training on analysis and delivery processes. Streamlined existing qualitative processes into a common coaching report to deliver to coachees.
