Christine Haskell, founder of the Dative.works Reflective Leadership Training Program, is a leader in information management, helping organizations lead with alignment—especially where data, systems, and values collide.

She is the author of Driving Your Self-Discovery and Driving Data Projects, and her newsletter, Lead With Alignment, explores the human, ethical, and systemic dimensions of leadership in AI-accelerated environments. Through workshops and strategic advisory, Christine supports leaders in cultivating discernment, trust, and integrity under pressure.

She teaches in graduate courses at the University of Washington and Washington State University, and her research spans values-based governance, adaptive leadership, and emotional intelligence in technical domains.

Christine holds a doctorate in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and a master’s in Applied Behavioral Science, bringing 30 years of experience guiding data and innovation teams across public and private sectors.

  • These trainings are designed to be experienced live, in real time. That said, we understand that life happens. You may miss up to 2 of the 15 sessions, and recordings will be made available for 48 hours. If you anticipate scheduling challenges, please reach out so we can help you plan ahead.

  • To protect participant privacy and create an open, reflective space, personal recordings or transcripts are not permitted. We encourage you to be present and engaged during sessions. To mitigate some of the burden of note taking, a comprehensive notebook is provided.

  • No. This training is not designed to prepare you for a specific exam. Instead, it builds foundational capacity for adaptive leadership, ethical decision-making, and values-aligned governance. As the books leverage frameworks from known methodologies such as PMP, ProSci, and well-known leadership models (e.g., the waterline model) many professionals pursuing formal certifications take this course to deepen their real-world readiness.
