Overview | AI Readiness for Real-World Leaders

All technical projects are data projects, and all data projects require more human reasoning than ever.

Human & Technical Foundations for Transformation

🧠 Why This Course Exists

Most organizations have the tools. Few have the conditions.

This course was built for leaders who sense the misalignment—not just between departments, but between intention and impact.

Because real AI readiness isn’t about the next model, tool, or roadmap. It’s about whether your people know how to search, ask, speak up, and share—without fear or friction. That’s culture. And culture is what drives or derails every data effort.

Whether you're launching a new initiative, scaling AI across departments, or just trying to get business and tech to speak the same language, this course offers more than strategy. It offers clarity, language, and courage—to build the foundations your systems will rest on.

If you’ve ever felt:

  • Pressure to move fast—but no one can name the real blockers

  • Unclear if your data work is gaining traction—or just staying busy

  • Frustrated by great tools and smart people still missing alignment

This course was made for that tension.

🔍 What You'll Learn

  • How to assess your organization's true AI readiness—beyond tools and timelines

  • What hidden dynamics (emotional, cultural, structural) quietly erode trust

  • How to create climates where people can ask questions, speak up, and share insight

  • How to map capacity across leadership, infrastructure, learning, and governance

  • What “readiness” actually looks like at different maturity levels—and what to do next

🗓 Course Format

  • 4 Weeks

  • 8 Live Sessions (90 minutes each)

  • Peer Dialogue + Reflective Prompts

  • Optional Capstone: Your AI Readiness Map

All sessions are recorded. Each week includes:

  • A key concept or diagnostic

  • Real case examples

  • A tool or reflection prompt to apply at work

  • A complete workbook of concepts

  • FREE book with the course

👤 Who It's For

This course is for:

  • Data leaders, analysts, and product owners

  • Strategy professionals tasked with "making AI work"

  • Transformation teams trying to integrate ethics, culture, and capability

  • Anyone leading AI adoption, governance, or cross-functional data efforts

Technical background not required—but a willingness to think systemically is a must.

🧾 Outcomes + Takeaways

By the end of this course, you’ll:

  • See your organization’s AI climate more clearly—what’s working, and what’s not

  • Know how to diagnose misalignment between intention, culture, and outcomes

  • Speak with more clarity across business, tech, and culture domains

  • Build readiness maps that reflect reality—not just aspiration

  • Gain practical tools to create the conditions where trust, transparency, and insight can thrive

You’ll leave with more than a plan. You’ll leave with a deeper lens—and a better question to ask next time you hear: “Are we ready?”
