Recruited to develop an HRIT governance strategy and forum to monitor, manage, and resolve ongoing business requirements toward a single project PMO structure to help determine data priorities for IT.
The Solution
Collaborated across VP stakeholders to determine governance strategy, identify stakeholders, and manage governance efforts through PMO structure.
Led data change management efforts, including communications and training in PMO practices and data governance policies.
Developed immediate, near/long-term goals and roadmaps to implement the data governance program for the HRIT division under the guidance of the VP HR and VP of IT as primary executive sponsors.
THE CHALLENGE
