In my coaching relationships with the leaders I coach, I serve them first, but keep in mind how the coaching will help the organization achieve its goals to become a healthy and effective organization. The impact of coaching is realized by the leader when their leadership worldview evolves and their approach to their work changes thereby helping the leader achieve their goals for the organization.
